MONTHLY MEETINGS & PRACTICES
Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to ensure the health and safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to infectious diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You agree to take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those under your control as you believe to be necessary.
COUNCIL MEETING (Populace, Officer and Financial Committee)
Date – the 4th Thursday of each month.

ARTS & SCIENCES
Date – Arts in the Park weekly on Sundays
Time – begin at 9:00am
Location – Current weekly gatherings take place at Mission Hills Park, 551 Mission Dr, Henderson, NV 89002 next to the old museum/upper parking lot (click for map). during weekly Fighter Practice and the Monthly Tourney. Plans for more Arts & Sciences and Guild meetings are in being planned. They are typically held at public location or members’ private residences, the addresses and/or directions to private residences will not be listed on this website. Please post a request for that information to one (or more) of the following linked groups. Any last minute changes to meetings will be posted to these groups.
Starkhafn artisans participate in a variety of projects, classes & topics . The Starkhafn Arts & Sciences (Unofficial), the Un-Official Barony of Starkhafn, Barony of Starkhafn (Official) Facebook group, or the Starkhafn Yahoo! Group.
