The Bard of Starkhafn Competition:
Do you sing, tell stories, write poetry, juggle, play an instrument? You could be the next Bard of Starkhafn!
This year, the Bard of Starkhafn Competition will take place during the feast at Starkhafn Yule so that all in attendance can enjoy the performances.
– You may sign up to compete at the Arts & Sciences Table when you arrive at the event.
-Perform your best bardic talent. If you do more than one thing (i.e. sing and write poetry), you may perform both, but they must fall into different genres.
– The total length of your entry should not exceed 8 minutes total.
– You do not need to be from Starkhafn to enter.
We are looking forward to enjoying some wonderful bardic performances!

The Arts and Sciences Largesse Show and Sale-A Fundraiser and Largess Donation all in one!
Here’s how it works:
Bring your A&S/Largesse item(s) with you to the A&S table at Yule. Bring one item or a hundred. Clearly label each item with the name of the maker and the ingredients or fiber content (for those with allergies). We will have cards there for you to set the suggested donation amount that you would like someone to give to the Barony for your item(s).
When someone buys your item(s), awesome! You’ve used your talents to raise money for Starkhafn. If your item doesn’t sell, your item will become largess for our Baron and Baroness to distribute as they see fit.
Best of all, everyone gets a chance to own some amazing A & S items.
PS. Don’t forget to bring cash to buy things, too!
Your friendly Baronial Arts & Sciences Minister,
